PRAYER REQUESTS

You don’t have to carry a heavy season alone.

Sometimes the hardest part of a heavy season is finding someone who will not rush your healing, preach at you, or ask you to make your pain useful. You can leave only what feels safe today.

HOW REQUESTS ARE HELD

A request is not a confession booth or a stage.

This is a quiet place to name what is real. We keep your agency, privacy, and pace in view from the beginning.

Held in confidence.

Your words are handled with care and are not put on display.

Anonymous is welcome.

A name, phone number, or explanation is never required to leave a request.

No pressure to explain.

A few words, a half-formed sentence, or silence are all enough.

No unsolicited advice.

We will not use your request as an opening to correct, diagnose, or perform certainty.

YOUR WORDS, YOUR PACE

A request can be just a few words.

You do not need to explain the whole story. Say what you can, leave blank what you cannot, and come back another time if that is what you need.

Before you send

Please do not include details that could put you at greater risk if seen by someone else. Your immediate safety comes first.

Share only what feels right.

By default, your request is held privately. You can choose a different sharing preference below—nothing is shared without your consent.

You can change your mind later. Nothing is shared beyond this choice without your direct consent.

A GENTLE NEXT STEP

If your body is saying “too much,” listen to it.

You can come back here later. If you need a steadier next step now, explore the resources or begin with immediate support.
